Francisco M. Garcia

When not teaching community college courses, Frank serve GPS in the role of Communications Manager.  He ensures the website and social media sites are updated and providing timely and useful information.  Additionally he manages our newsletter and mass electronic communications.  

Frank lives in San Diego, CA and has two dogs and a parrot.  He is a Sudoko gneius and huge Padres fan.
